Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document HRIS-related business requirements from HR stakeholders
  • Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Support enhancements and configuration changes in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Assist with HR system integrations (e.g. payroll, finance, identity systems)
  • Work with technical and integration teams to clarify requirements and data flows
  • Support defect analysis, issue resolution, and change impact assessments
  • Assist HR users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Act as a communication bridge between HR, IT, and vendors

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Analyst
  • Experience supporting HRIS or ERP systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance, or Compensation
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting system enhancements and UAT
