Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT Hardware, Software, and Networking equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global OEMs and technology vendors.
- Lead and coordinate bidding processes, including RFP/RFQ preparation, submission, and evaluation.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements directly with OEMs and strategic partners.
- Handle procurement of IT Services such as Implementation, Installation, training, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and warranty extensions.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Candidate should strong in negotiation better terms and conditions with Legal Contracts and Agreements.
- Utilize SAP Ariba for sourcing, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Legal to align procurement strategies with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- 57 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement within globally reputed organizations.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software licensing, and networking.
- Proven experience in negotiation and vendor management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
