Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT Hardware, Software, and Networking equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global OEMs and technology vendors.
  • Lead and coordinate bidding processes, including RFP/RFQ preparation, submission, and evaluation.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements directly with OEMs and strategic partners.
  • Handle procurement of IT Services such as Implementation, Installation, training, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and warranty extensions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Candidate should strong in negotiation better terms and conditions with Legal Contracts and Agreements.
  • Utilize SAP Ariba for sourcing, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Legal to align procurement strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 57 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement within globally reputed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software licensing, and networking.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and vendor management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
