IT - AWS Tech Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of inventory artifacts for infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership on large-scale, highly complex projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct requirement analyses and develop high-quality detailed designs.
• Perform unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
• Coach and develop software engineers into software architects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Deep understanding and proficiency in Java and its associated technologies like J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Extensive experience with AWS services.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Proven experience in designing applications running on Java/Spring Boot platforms.
• Preferred qualifications
• Collaborating with the software engineers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions effectively.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative problem-solving.
• Road map planning for upcoming releases.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by supervising industry developments and trends.
• Taking lead on projects, as needed
• Strong experience Java & J2EE application.
• Strong experience in Spring Boot & Microservices
• Working experience in Scaled Agile environment and understanding of CI/CD
• Experience in deploying Spring Boot & Microservices in any cloud technology like AWS.
• Strong expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
