IT Audit Lead

The IT Audit Lead is responsible for leading technology-focused audits and advisory reviews across key systems, applications, and IT-enabled processes. This role provides independent assurance, supports effective risk management, and partners with senior stakeholders to strengthen controls, governance, and technology practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT audit, advisory, and investigation engagements across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and third-party services.
• Provide subject matter expertise on IT application controls, IT general controls, system implementations, and technology change initiatives.
• Plan and execute audits in accordance with approved audit plans, methodologies, and quality standards.
• Communicate audit findings, risk insights, and recommendations clearly to senior management and relevant governance forums.
• Guide and develop audit team members, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality audit outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of IT audit experience within consulting firms, professional services, or large-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT application controls, IT general controls, cybersecurity risks, and technology operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex audits and advisory engagements and present issues clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing audit teams or projects.
