IT ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER MES, ORACLE & INFRASTRUCTURE(EMS Industry Must)

Role: IT ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER – MES, ORACLE & INFRASTRUCTURE(EMS Industry Must)**

**Location:** Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, India

**Experience:** 5+ Years

**Salary:** ₹6–9 LPA

**Industry:** Manufacturing / Smart Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage **MES (Manufacturing Execution System)** deployment, support, maintenance and shop-floor operations.

* Develop and maintain **custom applications / software** using **C#, .NET, Python, Java, REST APIs & SQL**.

* Manage **Dell PowerEdge R750/R760 servers, iDRAC, PERC RAID, SAN/NAS & NVMe storage**.

* Administer **Oracle Database 19c/21c** including **ORACLE_BASE, ORACLE_HOME, Tablespaces, ASM, RMAN & Data Guard**.

* Perform **Oracle performance tuning, SQL/PL-SQL optimization, backup & disaster recovery**.

* Integrate **ERP (SAP/Oracle), MES, PLC, SCADA and IoT/IIoT systems**.

* Monitor infrastructure using **Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME)** and **Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)**.

* Ensure **high availability, system uptime, security, backup and ITIL practices**.

**Must-Have Skills:**

* 5–10 years of **Manufacturing IT / IT Infrastructure / MES** experience.

* Strong hands-on **Oracle DBA – ORACLE_BASE, ASM, RMAN, Data Guard, SQL Tuning**.

* Experience with **Dell PowerEdge, iDRAC, RAID, SAN/NAS & NVMe**.

* Programming experience in **C# / .NET / Python / Java / REST APIs / SQL**.

* Knowledge of **Linux (Oracle Linux/RHEL), MES, ERP-MES Integration & PLC/SCADA interfacing**.

* Exposure to **Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing / Shop Floor Control**.

* Strong troubleshooting, system integration and infrastructure management skills.
