Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and efficient utilization. The role also involves inventory governance, vendor coordination, and driving cost optimization initiatives in alignment with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Ensure accurate asset tagging, tracking, and compliance with internal policies.
• Oversee stock management, inventory control, and reconciliation processes.
• Handle GRN and invoice processing for IT hardware procurement.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports on asset utilization and performance.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and external vendors for asset delivery and support.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and support budget planning/control.
• Lead Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes and collaborate with IT stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management tools and processes.
• Experience in inventory management and audit compliance.
• Vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and reporting capabilities.
