Key Responsibilities
- IT Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of laptops and IT devices, including allocation, tracking in Snipe-IT, and recovery during employee exits.
- Device Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, and application issues; perform basic repairs such as RAM/SSD replacement and maintain device readiness.
- Employee IT Support: Provide basic technical support to employees for device-related issues.
- Classroom & AV Infrastructure Support: Ensure digital classrooms, projectors, speakers, and hybrid learning setups are operational and troubleshoot AV or connectivity issues on a monthly basis.
