Role Objective

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented IT Assessment Developer Intern to help design engaging, learner-centric educational content. This role is ideal for someone passionate about instructional design, storytelling, and building impactful learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop assessment content including multiple-choice questions, case studies, and practical exercises
  2. Create test papers aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes
  3. Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness
  4. Maintain question banks and assessment repositories
  5. Ensure assessments meet quality standards and difficulty levels
  6. Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content
  7. Analyze assessment data and recommend improvements
  8. Stay updated with assessment best practices and methodologies

Required Skills

  1. Strong writing and content structuring skills
  2. Basic understanding of instructional design principles
  3. Creativity in presenting information in engaging formats
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  5. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
  6. Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, or similar
  7. Attention to detail and strong research skills

Good to Have

Knowledge of e-learning tools (Articulate, Rise, Storyline, etc.)

Understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy or adult learning principles

Experience creating educational or training content
