Job Description

As a NetSuite Platform Support Administrator within our Enterprise IT Applications team, you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and administering our NetSuite platform across multiple European territories. The platform operates within a complex, integrated enterprise architecture, interfacing with Zone Billing, multiple regional ERP solutions, and Salesforce via MuleSoft.

This hands-on role combines end-user support, system administration, and operational stability, ensuring NetSuite continues to support scalable, compliant, and efficient business operations. You will work closely with Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and external partners to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and support continuous improvement across the application landscape.

Responsibilities

System Administration & Platform Support

  • Administer, configure, and support the NetSuite ERP platform across multiple European business units.
  • Perform day-to-day system administration tasks including roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, and dashboards.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and integrations to ensure platform stability and availability.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities from a systems perspective.

User Support & Service Delivery

  • Provide high-quality 2nd line support to NetSuite users, resolving functional and technical issues.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex application and integration-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with 1st line support teams to ensure effective triage, resolution, and communication.
  • Deliver user guidance, documentation, and training materials to improve adoption and self-service.

Data Management & Integrity

  • Perform regular data audits, validation, and cleansing activities within NetSuite.
  • Support bulk data operations using NetSuite data tools (CSV imports, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches).
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated platforms including Salesforce, Zone Billing, and other ERP systems.

Integration & Interface Support

  • Support integrations between NetSuite and:
    • Zone Billing platforms
    • Salesforce (via MuleSoft)
    • Other regional ERP and finance systems
  • Work with integration partners and internal teams to troubleshoot interface failures and data discrepancies.
  • Assist with testing and validation of integration changes and releases.
Security, Compliance & Controls

  • Maintain NetSuite security best practices, including roles, permissions, segregation of duties, and audit controls.
  • Support compliance with internal governance, financial controls, and regulatory requirements across European territories.
  • Assist with audit requests by providing system evidence, access reports, and configuration details.

Change & Release Support

  • Support change requests, configuration updates, and minor enhancements following established governance processes.
  • Participate in UAT activities for NetSuite and integrated systems.
  • Support release cycles, including regression testing and post-release validation.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Create and maintain system documentation, support procedures, configuration records, and user guides.
  • Develop operational reports and saved searches to support business insight and system monitoring.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with Finance, Sales Operations, Billing, and IT stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on system usability, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay current with NetSuite product updates and recommend relevant improvements.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Must Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience supporting and administering NetSuite ERP in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite security, roles, permissions, workflows, and core financial processes.
  • Experience providing end-user support in a multi-country, multi-entity environment.
  • Hands-on experience with data management, imports, saved searches, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting system integrations, ideally involving Salesforce and MuleSoft.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured support mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience operating within change-controlled, enterprise IT environments.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred

  • Experience supporting Zone Billing or similar billing platforms.
  • Exposure to multi-ERP landscapes and complex financial system integrations.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. Jira Service Management) and ITIL-style support processes.
  • Experience working in SaaS or high-growth, acquisition-driven organisations.
  • Understanding of European finance, billing, and compliance considerations.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous NetSuite Administrator or Application Support roles within complex, integrated ERP environments.
  • Certifications: NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification desirable.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile delivery and structured change management practices.
