IT Application Support Analyst

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure smooth functioning of analytics-focused IT applications through continuous support
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to maintain system availability
• Collaborate across teams to optimize application performance and implement fixes
• Enhance application features and suggest improvements based on data insights

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and conduct root-cause analysis for technical issues
• Maintain documentation of issue logs, fixes, and updates in coordination with stakeholders
