IT and Information Security Engineer

We are looking for an IT Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure, provide technical support to employees, maintain system security, and ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and networks.

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.

Set up systems and hardware for new employees.

Monitor network performance and ensure system security.

Identify and recommend infrastructure improvements.

Maintain IT asset and software documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT support.

Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and system administration.

Experience with troubleshooting, system configuration, and network security.

Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
