Role Purpose
The IT Analyst supports business operations by analysing requirements and translating
them into efficient technical solutions.
Requirements
- Hands on exp. of managing end-to-end project as IT Analyst (4 yrs)
- Exp. of handling SA customers.
- Hands on exp. of creating/maintaining project documentation e.g. technical req doc,
tech specs. (4 yrs)
- Exp. in handling digital transformation projects, automation projects (RPA-UiPath),
legacy modernization etc. (2 years)
- Exp. in handling direct customer &/ product owner - communication. (5 yrs)
- Exp. in SCRUM set up, aware about the ceremonies.
- Exp. in handling support services (1 yrs)
- Exp. in managing infra requirements ( 6 months)
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities/Kras/Kpis
- Coordinate with various business and IT stakeholders, or business analyst to understand
the business problems.
- Gather information and create technical requirements.
- Analyze current IT systems, infrastructure, and work processes to identify risks,
inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement functional, cost-efficient IT solutions and software/hardware
upgrades.
- Communicate with departments to define business requirements and translate them
into technical specifications.
- Diagnose, repair, and resolve IT-related issues, including network, software, and
hardware problems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system processes, IT procedures, and project
progress to report to stakeholders.
- Oversee technical projects, including system migrations, security upgrades, and new
software implementations.
- Conduct research to identify technical solutions and best fit technology
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including internal databases, surveys,
and external market reports. Use statistical tools and software to interpret data and
generate actionable insights
- Prepare the sizing and estimation for the proposed solution. Assist in the pricing with
the help of CFO, CTO and CDO teams.
- Weekly project status reporting, Dashboards, maintaining project costs & profitability.
- Liaising with the vendor partners and maintaining relationships.
- Manage all quality aspects of the deliverables.
- Work on cost-benefit analysis, RFPs and solutioning.
