The Role: The Guardian of Our InfrastructureWe are looking for aLead Architect of Resilience. As theIT & OT Infrastructure Lead, you will sit at the intersection of the Boardroom and the Shop Floor.
You will not just be managing servers; you will be defining the security posture for our entire manufacturing ecosystem. You will lead a team of support staff, manage critical vendor relationships, and design the converged network architecture that allows our Future Factory to function securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:Develop and enforce robust IT/OT policies, Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, and Business Continuity strategies. You own the roadmap.
- The IT/OT Convergence:seamlessly integrate our Corporate IT (Office 365, Cloud, ERP) with our Operational Technology (Factory Networks, PLCs, SCADA).
- Deep OT Security:Implement industrial network standards (ISA-95 / Purdue Model) to secure our plant floor assets from cyber threats without disrupting production.
- Infrastructure Management:oversee the full lifecycle of servers, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise networks. Ensure high availability (99.9% uptime).
- Resource & Vendor Management:Manage the IT/OT budget, handle procurement, and hold third-party vendors accountable to SLAs.
- Team Development:Lead and mentor a team of junior IT support staff, fostering a culture of rapid resolution and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience:58 years in Infrastructure Management, with at least 2 years in a Lead/Managerial capacity.
- The Dual Threat:Proven expertise inCorporate IT(Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, Windows Server) ANDIndustrial OT(Purdue Model, Air-gapping, Industrial Firewalls).
- Leadership:Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and teams.
