Role Description

The IT & Non-IT Corporate Trainer and LMS Content Creator role is open to Full-Time, Part-Time, Freelance, and Consulting professionals based on the technology, experience, and availability of the candidate. Full-time opportunities are primarily on-site in Bengaluru, while selected Part-Time / Freelance / Consulting assignments may also be available remotely.

The role involves designing, delivering, and continuously updating industry-oriented training programs across IT and related professional domains. Trainers will conduct classroom/online sessions, practical labs, workshops, mentoring sessions, and technical evaluations aligned with current industry requirements.

The professional will also create structured LMS content for SASTRA LMS (www.sastralms.com), including recorded video modules, presentations, curriculum, assignments, MCQs, quizzes, assessments, practical exercises, reference materials, real-time projects, and industry use cases.

Depending on the individual's expertise, responsibilities may also include conducting mock interviews, participating as an Interview Panel Member / Technical Expert, mentoring learners, supporting interview preparation, evaluating technical readiness, and coordinating with Training, Academic, LMS, and Placement teams.

We particularly welcome currently working Software Professionals who are interested in utilizing their real-time industry expertise through Part-Time Training, Freelance Consulting, Weekend Training, Mentoring, Interview Panels, or LMS Content Creation.

Current requirements include professionals across Python Full Stack, Java Full Stack, Data Engineering – Azure, Data Science, GenAI / Agentic AI, DevOps / Cloud, Cyber Security, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP – ABAP / FICO / BTP / CPI and other modules, Oracle Fusion – HCM / Finance / APEX, UI / Frontend Technologies, Business Analyst / Scrum Master / Product Owner, Automation / Software Testing, Mainframes, VMware, .NET, Go + DevOps, and other high-demand technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation and real-time professional experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Cloud, Data, ERP, or the respective functional/non-IT domain.
• Strong expertise in at least one relevant technology or professional domain, with practical knowledge of current industry tools, projects, architectures, processes, and best practices.
• Proven Training and Teaching experience in corporate, professional education, EdTech, or technical training environments is preferred.
• Experienced Software Professionals without previous formal training experience are also encouraged to apply if they possess strong technical expertise and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with E-Learning platforms, LMS content creation, recorded technical courses, and digital learning tools is an advantage.
• Ability to create structured LMS content including video modules, PPTs, assignments, MCQs, assessments, practical exercises, projects, and reference materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and facilitation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts using practical and real-time examples.
• Ability to design structured curricula, learning paths, projects, and assessments suitable for learners at different experience levels.
• Ability to conduct technical workshops, mock interviews, interview preparation sessions, mentoring, and candidate evaluations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to quality, consistency, and documentation.
• Ability to regularly update training and LMS content according to evolving technologies, market requirements, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Education, Business, or a relevant discipline; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
• Experience in Python, Java, Data Engineering, Data Science, GenAI, Azure/AWS, DevOps, SAP, Oracle Fusion, Power Platform, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cyber Security, VMware, or other Ferilion Labs focus areas is an advantage.
• Full-Time candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional Training, LMS, Academic, and Placement teams.
• Part-Time / Freelance / Consulting professionals should have sufficient availability to complete agreed training, mentoring, interview panel, or LMS content deliverables.
