Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our dynamic team at a leading IT firm in India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure management, playing a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting our employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, group policies, and security settings.
- Manage Azure services, including subscription management and resource deployment.
- Perform regular system backups, recovery, and updates to ensure data integrity and security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of IT systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to maintain a knowledge base.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience in IT administration with a focus on Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture and its components.
- Proficiency in managing Azure cloud services and resources.
- Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
