Job Description

Job Title: IT Administrator (12 Years Experience)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Department: IT / Infrastructure
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated IT Administrator to support our IT operations, manage company assets, and ensure system security. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of hands-on experience in IT support, asset management, and basic system/network administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory (laptops, servers, software, licenses).
  • Assist with procurement, deployment, and disposal of IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and endpoint security.
  • Monitor antivirus, patch updates, and firewall activity.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
  • Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and support tickets.
  • Support IT Manager in audits, compliance, and security initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in IT administration or support.
  • Good understanding of networks, Active Directory, and system security.
  • Familiar with IT asset management tools and software licensing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
