Responsibilities

• Managed and maintained the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, CCTTs, and user devices.
• Handling of Hardware Software of sytems.
• Provided technical support to staff, students, and faculty, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
• Implemented and managed a secure network environment, ensuring data integrity and protection against cyber threats.
• Conducted regular system updates, patches, and backups to prevent data loss and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborated with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that enhanced administrative processes, resulting in increased efficiency.
• Administered user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain data confidentiality and compliance.
• Assisted in the selection and procurement of IT equipment and software, optimizing budget utilization while meeting the school's needs.
  
  

Requirements

• BCA/ MCA/ Diploma or any course in computer hardware/software
• Min.2 years relevant experience required from any reputed school/College/Institute.
