Job Title:IT Admin Email Marketing Support

Location:Mumbai

Department:IT / Marketing Technology

Shift Timings: 12 pm - 9 pm

Notice Period: Upto 30 days

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Administrator with a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and supporting email marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with marketing teams. Microsoft certifications, particularly in Microsoft 365, are required to ensure proficiency in managing enterprise-level systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

IT Administration

  • Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and user systems.
  • Provide advanced technical support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Implement system upgrades, patches, and security protocols.
  • Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures are robust and compliant.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

Email Marketing IT Support

  • Support marketing teams with configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Manage domain authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure high deliverability and compliance.
  • Assist in managing subscriber databases, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experiencein IT administration, with3+ yearsspecifically supporting email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email protocols, DNS management, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Required Certifications

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Additional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Google Workspace Admin are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
