- Coordinate office maintenance, cleanliness, and infrastructure-related issues
- Manage office parking allocations and resolve related concerns
Shipping & Logistics Management
- Handle shipping of onboarding kits, laptops, and employee materials
- Manage dispatch of documents, agreements, and client-related shipments
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Employee & Client Support
- Facilitate client visits and arrange necessary hospitality services
- Support HR in executing team events and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate procurement, tracking, and distribution of employee and client goodies
Vendor & Asset Management
- Identify and finalize vendors for office and gifting requirements
- Maintain inventory records and track office assets
- Ensure timely procurement and smooth vendor coordination
Finance & Legal Assistance
- Assist finance team with vendor payments, invoices, and expense tracking
- Visit government offices for GST and other compliance-related matters when required
- Ensure adherence to administrative and legal compliance procedures
