Job Description

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Sales Executive to support business growth for cybersecurity compliance, risk management and GRC platform solutions. The role focuses on engaging prospects, qualifying leads, understanding client compliance requirements and scheduling solution discussions with the consulting team. The candidate will work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to build a strong pipeline across services such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI compliance, SOC 2 readiness and GRC automation solutions.

This position is ideal for professionals interested in B2B cybersecurity consulting, sales and enterprise compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement and marketing campaign follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements related to cybersecurity compliance, risk management and regulatory frameworks.
  • Promote cybersecurity consulting services and GRC platform solutions to decision-makers such as CISOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Compliance Managers.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the consulting or technical sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • Support proposal follow-ups and coordinate with internal teams during the sales cycle.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to move opportunities forward.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity or related field
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, B2B solution sales, SaaS sales or cybersecurity services sales
  • Basic understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI cybersecurity guidelines, SOC 2 or similar standards preferred
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with mid-level and senior stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Self-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups efficiently
