Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our internet service offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the ISP sector. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, manage the product life cycle, and ensure successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer impact and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of internet technologies, broadband services, and market trends.
