Job Description: ISO Coordinator (Senior Executive)

About the Role

Pinnacle Infotech is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ISO Coordinator to support and maintain the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality processes. The role involves coordinating audits, maintaining documentation, supporting process improvements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate implementation and maintenance of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and other applicable management systems.
  • Maintain and update ISO documentation, SOPs, policies, process manuals, and records.
  • Assist in planning and conducting internal and external audits.
  • Track audit findings, corrective actions, preventive actions, and closure timelines.
  • Ensure departments comply with established quality and process standards.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and compliance dashboards for management review meetings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality objectives.
  • Support employee awareness and training programs related to ISO standards and compliance practices.
  • Maintain proper records for certifications, renewals, and audit readiness.
  • Assist in risk assessment, process mapping, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Liaise with certification bodies, consultants, and auditors whenever required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in ISO coordination, quality assurance, compliance, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Skills

  • ISO Internal Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
  • Exposure to corporate compliance and operational quality systems.
