ISMS & Regulatory Compliance Analyst

We are hiring an ISMS & Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support information security governance, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity risk management for an organization operating in the regulated financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

● Support implementation and ongoing management of ISO 27001 ISMS.

● Monitor compliance with RBI cybersecurity guidelines and applicable NBFC regulations.

● Maintain risk registers, security policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.

● Conduct internal control assessments, gap analysis, and evidence validation.

● Coordinate internal/external audits and track remediation activities.

● Prepare compliance reports, MIS dashboards, and regulatory audit responses.

Required Skills

● 1–2 years of experience in ISMS, IT compliance, cybersecurity GRC, or IT audits.

● Working knowledge of ISO 27001, RBI IT guidelines, and ITGC controls.

● Experience with audit evidence, risk registers, and compliance documentation.

● Understanding of information security policies, risk assessments, and control testing.

● Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in NBFC, BFSI, fintech, or other regulated industries.

● ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification.

● Familiarity with RBI IT governance requirements, CERT-In directions, and DPDP Act.

Preference: Candidates with hands-on ISMS implementation and regulatory audit experience.
