Background on the Team:

ISG Central Risk Supervision team reviews internal policies that employees within ISG need to adhere to e.g. Employee Trading Policy, Mandatory Vacation Policy, E-Communication Surveillance policy. The team is bifurcated by region to manage stakeholder engagement and ensuring standardisation of reviews across Business groups.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily activities in the nature of employee requests for access to client's accounts, equity applications and Client's buildings / floor
  • Reviewing internal policy breaches on a daily basis, investigate, educate and escalate as necessary
  • Trend and identify repeat behaviours and establish a process to address recurrence
  • Reviewing electronic communications and escalating where these are not in line with internal policies
  • Create management reports to highlight issues, trends, new regulatory changes etc.
  • Periodic activities such as attending global calls to capture minutes, summarizing and circulating minutes
  • Assisting team with preparation of management information packs
  • Producing documentation for monthly and quarterly supervisory meetings
  • Maintenance of MS Excel based MIS for recording email



Skills Expected

  • 2 years of experience within Compliance, Risk Management, Equity or Finance background
  • Requires ability to prioritize activities good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge in the appropriate computer programs such as MS Excel, MS Word and some basic knowledge of financial services field.
  • Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once.
  • Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned and problem solving skills and is able to work independently.

Years of exp - 2 years

Contract duration -12 months

Shift timing - 11.30 am to 8.30 pm

Location - Mumbai

WFO/Hybrid - Hybrid (weekly 3 days WFO / 2 days WFH)

Must have skillset - Finance background, work experience in Compliance, Risk, Equity, Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Fluent English and good Communication skills

Good to have skillset - any automation tool knowledge like PowerBI, Python, Macros would be helpful
