Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for iScala ERP system users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of iScala software solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related problems and improve user experience.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their understanding of iScala features and functionalities.
  • Document and maintain records of support requests and resolutions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest iScala releases and features to provide informed support.
  • Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure functionality and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in iScala technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with database management and SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
