Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for the Epicor iScala ERP system across key functional areas, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, defects, and performance-related problems to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with defined SLAs.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes, ensuring data accuracy, system availability, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Configure, maintain, and support core system components, including Chart of Accounts, tax configurations, user roles, security profiles, workflows, and related customizations and reports.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support system enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 510+ years of ERP application support experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Epicor iScala (preferred versions 2.x / 3.x).
  • In-depth understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, with experience supporting global ERP environments (multi-entity, multi-currency).
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, reporting, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting integrations/interfaces with upstream and downstream systems such as CRM, WMS, and banking platforms.
  • Proven experience supporting ERP upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, including coordination of testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a production support environment.
