Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Manage and support SSO platforms like Okta and Entra ID, including MFA and B2B integrations
Perform system audits, vulnerability checks, and ensure adherence to compliance standards
Monitor system health and automate performance and maintenance tasks
Develop and maintain technical SOPs, operational diagrams, and documentation

Role Responsibilities:

Handle provisioning and security issues across enterprise platforms
Support migrations to SaaS identity services and cloud environments
Collaborate with global teams to resolve incidents and improve response time
Analyze and address risks to identity and access management infrastructure
