Your role and responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced IS Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end projects, primarily within the Finance domain. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage multiple initiatives while acting as the key point of contact across business and technical teams.

The position requires strong stakeholder management, as the Project Manager will represent the full project team and ensure alignment across diverse groups.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

The duration of the contract is 15 monthsstarting August 2026.


You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Lead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, managing full lifecycle from planning to execution.

  • Act as the main point of contact and spokesperson across Finance, IT, and external vendors.

  • Manage and align stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations across all groups.

  • Drive project progress, including regular monitoring, reporting, and monthly health checks.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Support the delivery of new initiatives, including transformation and AI-related finance projects.

  • Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and resolve conflicts in a calm and diplomatic way.

  • You will be working in a varied, changing environment consisting of several solutions in different technologies.



Qualifications for the role

  • University Degree in Computer Science (preferable), Finance or related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or Finance environments.

  • Experience working with SAP system or supporting SAP-related projects.

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end project management phases and methodologies.

  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and drive delivery from start to finish.

  • Experience managing multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different functions and cultures.

  • Proactive, structured, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a diplomatic approach.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
