This Position reports to:

IS Finance Program Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders expectations and relationships.

The work model for the role is #Onsite

This role is contributing to the Core IS Services in India or Poland.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Defining all project documents (jointly with key stakeholders) including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
Using knowledge and experience to forecast contingencies at the initial stages of the project, assessing the availability of information and the risks and issues that may arise during the project and deciding on the best approach to proceed.
Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
Executing IS project communications and reporting IS project performance against the plan and expected business outcome.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Master Degree in Computer Science, Finance or related.
At least 3 years of proven experience in managing IT projects delivery.
Communicate professionally in English both in written and verbal form.
Certifications in project management (PMI/PMP, Scrum, etc.) as a plus.
Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas: ERP Systems, Finance Systems, Compliance.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
