This Position reports to:
Technology Service Owner-Workday Payroll
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the HRXP Organization.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Fulfilling the service requests in the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborating with IS Service Owner to define the domain service catalog.
- Reviewing SLAs and corresponding service monitoring and controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities.
- Dedicating resources to monitor problem volumes, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) quality, solution timelines, and following up on potential improvement opportunities.
- Supporting major incident and critical situation resolution by finding the root cause of incidents (through known errors and root cause analysis), defining workarounds, and following up on fixing root causes (by planning problem resolution and change implementation).
- Collaborate closely with country HR leads and manage the AMS vendor for timely delivery of solutions.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)- You are immersed in and highly skilled in operational strategy, process optimization, and performance management within the IT services sector. You enjoy working with tools and methodologies such as HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), Service Now, ADO and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 5 years of experience in operations management, including roles such asOperations LeadandProcess Improvement Specialist, working with technologies incident management tools.
- You possess advanced skills inproject management,resource allocation, andcross-functional team leadership. You are highly adept in platforms such asMicrosoft Power BI,Service Now, andExcel for advanced analytics, enabling you to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- You are passionate aboutstrategic planning,team development, andcontinuous improvement, and you are innovative aroundproblem-solving,stakeholder engagement, andchange management.
- Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of Project management.
- You are at ease communicating in English
