Your role and responsibilities:

The Cyber Security Training and Awareness Lead is accountable for the global strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Awareness & Training program. The role ensures that all employees and relevant third parties understand their security responsibilities, reducing humanrelated cyber risk while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

The position is global. The preferred locations are India, Spain, Italy and Poland.


The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Define and own the global IS awareness and training strategy, aligned with enterprise security objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2).

  • Design and run mandatory, rolebased, and riskbased training programs, including for employees, privileged users, developers, and executives.

  • Operate the global phishing simulation and socialengineering defense program, including metrics, reporting, targeted remediation, and compliance evidence.

  • Develop, curate, and localize engaging awareness content and campaigns (elearning, microlearning, communications) in partnership with regional IS, HR/L&D, Legal, and Communications teams.

  • Define and track KPIs (completion rates, phishing resilience, reporting behavior), regularly reporting effectiveness to senior leadership and supporting incident response and major change initiatives.

Qualifications for the role:

  • 7+ years in information security, risk management, or security awareness roles.

  • Proven experience running global security awareness programs at scale.

  • Strong knowledge of common threats (phishing, social engineering, data protection).

  • Familiarity with ISO 27001/27002, GDPR, and modern security standards.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to translate security topics for nontechnical audiences.

  • Experience with security awareness platforms and metricsdriven improvement.

  • Ability to work effectively across cultures, regions, and seniority levels.
