Your role and responsibilities

You will be working as IS Functional Analyst - SHAPEiN Centre Of Excellence (COE), reporting to IS Department Manager and will be a part of IS Services division located in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible to meet the needs of an organization by analyzing and evaluating existing systems for performance, perform gap analysis and suggest solutions. Creating plans for change based on analyzed requirements, facilitate configuration management and document changes.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the SHAPEiN team on the Payroll Transformation Program (PTP) and contribute your knowledge to the Project for the following tasks

This will be a Fixed Term Contract role

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Support due diligence and understand SHAPEiN tool requirements address ShapeIn-related queries and assess impact on WD-SAP integrations based on payroll design workshops.
  • Amend integrations as agreed during design workshops and perform unit testing.
  • Complete end-to-end testing, support payroll E2E testing, engage stakeholders, and obtain UAT signoff.
  • Deploy changes to production and provide hyper care support for defects and raised queries.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Management, HR, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5+ years of ERP experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and configuration skills related to HR/HCM modules within a consulting context that covers various industries.
  • Practical skills with integration technologies including Web Services, XML, SOAMANAGER, and OData.
  • Experience in support testing, data migration, and drafting functional specifications for reports, enhancements, forms, and other RICEF objects.
  • Proficient technical debugging abilities in ABAP Workbench, encompassing list, interactive, and ALV reporting, BAPIs, BDC scripts, SAP Script, and SMART Forms.
  • Well-rounded comprehension of ABAP debugging methods, SAP Code Inspector, and other SAP standard tools a valid SAP HCM or SAP ABAP certification is necessary.
  • Experience with ABAP/4 Workbench tools for reporting, customization, conversion, and data extraction experience with the SHAPEiN tool.
