IS Data Security - Specialist

• Lead and manage ABB's Information Protection services, including DLP, DSPM, Data Classification, Insider Risk Management and data security related security capabilities.
• Own service operations, governance, performance, compliance and continuous improvement of Information Protection services.
• Protect sensitive information across Microsoft 365, cloud, on-premises, endpoints, AI-enabled services and business applications.
• Drive the implementation, optimization, and operationalization of data security controls and policies.
• Lead data protection incident management, including investigation, root cause analysis, escalation and resolution.
• Partner with business, compliance and cybersecurity teams to align security solutions with business and regulatory requirements.
• Manage service KPIs, SLAs, risk remediation activities and audit findings.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, security threats and industry best practices to enhance security capabilities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management and cross-functional security initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team while supporting ABB's cybersecurity and AI security transformation programs.

• 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Data Security, DSPM and DLP.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview, Varonis, Wiz, Zscaler or equivalent security platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI Security, Copilot Governance and Generative AI security and compliance controls.
