Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness.

The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid

In this position you will be reporting to IS Department Manager for Measurement and Reporting under IS Strategy, Governance and Excellence, Performance Management Team.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Apply and execute the management practices Service Level Management and Measurement and Reporting within Core IS to enable planning, control, review and audit of service provision, to meet agreed KPI targets

  • Support operating and maintaining the Performance Management Platform (Power BI).

  • Translate reporting needs intro production reports and dashboards

  • Apply a variety of visualization techniques and designs the content and appearance of data visuals to communicate KPI measurements results.

  • Review and analyze the efficiency of existing report procedures and systems with main focus on optimization, standardization and automation.

  • Create process and service reports to ensure process and service performance is transparent to the respective stakeholders.

  • Extract and process data from various data sources, using data modeling work to develop reporting capabilities.

Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data gathering, reporting, validation and analysis

  • Very good knowledge of business intelligence tools especially in Power BI

  • Familiar with database concepts and technologies including data warehousing, SQL, ETL and other

  • Analytical thinking and attention to details and quality

  • ITIL knowledge, ITIL Foundation certificate is a plus

  • Strong English language skills both written and spoken

  • Knowledge of Big Data (Snowflake) would be beneficial
