This Position Reports To
Service Owner for SAP Central Finance
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role you will have opportunity to be accountable for supporting a team in the development, and/or implementation,and/or execution in area of Change and Release processes and ensures efficient service capabilities. You will also
showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
The work model for the role is
This role is contributing to the Corporate Finance Function and is part of the Finance IS Domain and Corporate Finance.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Responsible for Change and Release processes in CFIN service scope.
- Responsible for continuity, security, compliance, and quality of the application deployments - ultimate target to secure
business continuity and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining contents for testing and trainings, managing, and facilitating trainings
- Ensuring high application availability & positive SLA & KPIs and as and when situation arises act as a supporting
member for any operational issue resolution and service request handling.
- Manage Azure DevOps backlog, which involves full task lifecycle, registering tasks, clarifying needs, providing a general
overview, planning, implementation, and delivery.
- Creating and maintaining release guidelines and documents related to procedures on build and release for all
applications in scope
- Plan and monitor activities including task estimation and find dependencies between different projects to implement
common solutions.
- Work in a cross-discipline team, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in activities.
- Being responsible for communicating key deployment commitments, plans, changes, and requirements to various
projects and teams.
- Planning, managing, and monitoring the release deliverables and system deployments and being responsible for
managing risks that may affect release scope, release quality and schedule.
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in IS/IT delivery organizations, with focus on change/release processes
- Proven understanding of change and release processes
- Hands-on experience in SAP/MDG environment with proven understanding of complexity and intricacies of it is a
strong plus.
- Understanding of compliance requirements is a strong plus.
- Certifications required - ITIL V4 foundation
- Certifications preferred- Change and Release processes specific certifications, IT compliance-relevant certification
