We are looking for a forward-thinking IS Solution Architect who thrives on designing robust, scalable, and compliant software architecture. The position is global. The preferred locations are Czech Republic, India, Poland, Spain, and Sweden.
Your responsibilities:
Co-create and own the target architecture for Operations & R&D domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business needs
Define and approve IS solutions for production environments, guaranteeing quality, safety, and compliance
Lead requirement engineering and validate incoming business demand in collaboration with service owners and enterprise architects
Act as the escalation point for architecture-related issues and ensure seamless integration across IS modules
Provide guidance to delivery teams and project managers on solution standards and architectural best practices
Beyond these core tasks, you will contribute to project setup and service optimization, support installation and change management of IS solutions, and engage with stakeholders to improve processes and add value. You'll also stay ahead of emerging technologies, participate in communities of practice, and help shape strategic IS policies and frameworks.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of experience in Application Management, Business Analysis, or Solution & Enterprise Architecture
Proven expertise in cloud and on-prem architecture, integrations, and large-scale system design
Familiarity with platforms in Operation (Manufacturing, Procurement, Trade and Logistics) and R&D domains
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
Fluent English, both written and spoken
