Job Title: Ironclad CLM Integration Consultant / Integration Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Integration Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) integrations, preferably with hands-on experience in Ironclad. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, document management systems, and other third-party applications.

The role requires strong technical integration skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Ironclad and external enterprise systems
• Work on API-based integrations, middleware platforms, and data synchronization processes
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements
• Develop and support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, DocuSign, SharePoint, etc.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting activities
• Support migration and integration testing activities
• Monitor integration performance and resolve issues proactively
• Create technical documentation, integration flow diagrams, and support materials
• Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution design sessions

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in integration development/support
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services
• Experience working with JSON, XML, and data transformation
• Strong understanding of system integration architecture and workflows
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as:

MuleSoft

Boomi

Workato

Celigo

Dell Boomi

Other iPaaS platforms

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Ironclad integrations
• Experience integrating CLM platforms with Salesforce or ERP systems
• Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, authentication, and security concepts
• Exposure to contract lifecycle management processes
• Basic understanding of workflow automation and business processes

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Team player with client-facing experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Legal Tech / CLM domain
• Exposure to Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Sirion, or other CLM platforms
• Certification in integration or cloud platforms
