Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IRM Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, implementation, and transformation initiatives while ensuring scalable and best-practice ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementation programs.
• Define solution architecture, platform strategy, and integration approaches.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment.
• Drive governance, standards, and best practices across ServiceNow engagements.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Mentor implementation teams and conduct architecture reviews.

Required Skills

• 5-15 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with:
• ServiceNow Risk Management
• Policy & Compliance Management
• Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Audit Management
• Strong ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Experience in solution design and architecture governance.
• Integration and data model design expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CIS-RC (Risk & Compliance)
• ServiceNow CIS-TPRM (Third Party Risk Management)
• ServiceNow CSA
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
