Job Description
Job Summary:
Execute IR & Administration activities at the project site. Responsible for back-to-back time office functions, implementing legal and statutory compliance processes, delivering welfare & CSR programs, managing records, vendor management (manpower & security supplying agencies etc.), supporting infrastructure readiness including conveyance, guesthouse, bachelor accommodation, and ensuring digital accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Execution: Implement processes to maintain adherence to applicable labor laws; manage documentation, renewals, returns, and timely filings.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Support liaison with authorities, contractors, and local bodies; assist in resolving notices and grievances.
- Welfare Implementation: Set up and maintain welfare & CSR facilities and ensure statutory benefits are delivered effectively.
- Data & Records Management: Maintain attendance, leave records, MIS reports, and filing systems accurately and on time.
- Infrastructure Support: Execute arrangements for utilities, accommodation, conveyance and events; coordinate with vendors and ensure readiness.
- Digital Tools Usage: Accurately use platforms for attendance, reporting, and documentation; support digitization initiatives.
- Time Office: Implementing time office functions with 100% accuracy and compliance including digital record maintenance, timely wage disbursement and grievance handling.
- Vendor Management: Maintaining vendor relations including timely receiving of bills and records, timely payment disbursement, compliance verification and coordination for timely execution and handover of Work orders, LOIs, offer letters etc.
- Training & Welfare Programs: Organize and participate in training sessions and community welfare programs.
Job Specifications
- Qualification: Postgraduate/MBA desirable with specialization in Social Work, HR, Administration, PM, IR, Sociology or LLB.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in IR/Admin roles.
- Skills:
- Working knowledge of applicable labor laws and compliance processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
