Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Incoming Quality Controller (IQC) located in Unnao. The IQC will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating the quality of incoming materials, including fabrics, soles, and other footwear components. Daily tasks include conducting quality checks, documenting findings, ensuring compliance with company standards, collaborating with the production team to address quality issues, and maintaining detailed records of inspections. The goal is to ensure all materials meet stringent quality criteria before they proceed to the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality control and quality assurance, specifically in the footwear or textile industry
- Knowledge of inspection techniques and familiarity with quality standards and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications in quality management systems are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred
