Position: IQAC Sr Executive

Department: Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

Institution: AIMS Institutes, Bengaluru

Reporting To: Director / Principal

Job Summary

AIMS Institutes is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IQAC Executive with experience in higher education institutions to support quality assurance processes, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves coordination, documentation, data management, and compliance with NAAC / UGC / Autonomous institutional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the functioning of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as per NAAC guidelines
  • Assist in preparation, compilation, and submission of NAAC, UGC, and other regulatory documents
  • Maintain and update IQAC records, minutes of meetings, action-taken reports, and annual plans
  • Coordinate with departments for collection, verification, and consolidation of academic and administrative data
  • Support preparation of AQAR, SSR, IIQA, and other accreditation-related reports
  • Assist in documentation of best practices, institutional distinctiveness, and quality initiatives
  • Maintain quality benchmarks and assist in monitoring institutional KPIs
  • Support organization of IQAC meetings, workshops, seminars, and quality-related events
  • Maintain digital and physical repositories of institutional data and evidences
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory and accreditation timelines
  • Support audits, inspections, and peer team visits related to quality assurance
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the IQAC Coordinator / Principal

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Any Degree (MBA / M.Com / MA / M.Sc or equivalent preferred)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IQAC / NAAC-related work in a higher education institution
  • Sound knowledge of NAAC framework, AQAR, SSR, and accreditation processes
  • Familiarity with UGC, Autonomous, and University regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools
  • Experience in data compilation, report writing, and evidence management
