- JOB TITLE: - IPS Business Manager.
- Reports to: Head Distribution Development.
Purpose of the role: -
Drive sustained profitable business growth through IPS Network aligned with organization strategy to ensure long term success.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and drive IPS Programs in close cooperation with Regional Sales Team, Distributor, and distributor sales team.
- Improve the penetration while increasing the IPS Width and Depth of all product line
- To create the Scheme for IPS to increase the participation as an active IPS.
- To work closely with Loyality agency and support in implementing all programs in support with stakeholders
- To Conduct the meet, engagement session with IPS in different regions to promote new product offering and create engagement.
- Deploy digitization in IPS network to improve ease of working for all stakeholders (Internal + External)

- Sales (MINR)
- No. of IPS Appointed.
- % of Active IPS.

Job Requirements
- MBA (Marketing) with Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience in Selling of Engineering Products in Retails.
- Experience in Handling Distributors and working in cross functional team.
- Willing to travel extensively nationally. Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, with presentation
