Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an IPR Intern located in Pune. The IPR Intern will assist with intellectual property rights processes, including researching patents, trademarks, and copyrights; preparing and filing IP-related documents; and conducting prior-art searches. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with attorneys or IP professionals, supporting the development of IP strategies, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- M.Pharm or equivalent (GPAT) / Bachelors of Engineering
- Familiarity with intellectual property concepts such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and processes related to intellectual property
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication for document preparation and correspondence
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Educational background or coursework in law, intellectual property, or related fields
- Proficiency in using legal databases and research tools is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
