Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IPD (In-Patient Department) staff member at our Gurugram location. The position involves overseeing patient admissions, coordinating with medical professionals to ensure seamless care, monitoring patient progress, and managing administrative tasks related to in-patient care. Additional responsibilities include providing support during medical procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and addressing patient and family inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of patient care processes, in-patient management, and hospital operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical teams
  • Organizational and time management skills for maintaining accurate patient records and coordinating care
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare protocols
  • Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare facility or clinic is highly desirable
