Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IP Verification Lead to drive end-to-end verification of complex IPs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building verification environments from scratch, including monitors, scoreboards, and comprehensive testbenches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the verification of IPs/subsystems from planning to sign-off
- Architect and develop verification environments from scratch
- Design and implement:
- Monitors
- Scoreboards
- Checkers and coverage models
- Develop and execute SystemVerilog/UVM-based testbenches
- Define and track verification plans, coverage metrics, and closure
- Debug complex issues and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and validation teams
- Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in verification
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in SoC/IP Verification
- Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM
- Hands-on experience in:
- Building testbenches from scratch
- Developing monitors and scoreboards
- Experience with functional and code coverage
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard protocols (AXI, PCIe, USB, etc.) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a lead role
- Exposure to low-power verification and advanced methodologies
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
