We are looking for an experienced IP / NOC Engineer to join our network operations team. The role involves managing advanced IP troubleshooting, supporting large-scale NOC operations, and ensuring minimal downtime for critical services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and IP protocols, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents in the NOC environment.
- Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of core IP protocols including BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L2/L3 VPN, Multicast, and QoS.
- Audit the network to identify repeat issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor teams to ensure quick resolution of major incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and proactive troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Contribute to automation and digitization initiatives for more efficient service management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of IP networking and proven experience in advanced NOC troubleshooting.
- Hands-on expertise in MPLS VPN (L2 & L3), QoS, Transport, Mobility, and ISP networks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with a strong collaboration mindset.
