Job Description
Design and develop Instrument Panel (IP), Cockpit, Cross Car Beam (CCB), Glove Box, HVAC Ducts, Center Console, Bezels, Trim Panels, and Mounting Brackets. Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using CATIA V5/V6, Creo, or Siemens NX. Perform packaging studies, tolerance stack-up, interface management, and clash analysis. Develop plastic and sheet metal components considering injection molding and manufacturing feasibility. Support DFMEA, DFM, DFA, GD&T, and engineering change management (ECR/ECO/ECN). Coordinate with CAE, manufacturing, tooling, suppliers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle. Support prototype builds, validation testing, and production launch activities.
