Job Purpose:
BPH to lead the sales function for particular regions and & implement the IP sales strategy in line with overall objectives.
- Achieving sales targets for Low Voltage Switchgear (Power Distribution Products, Motor Control Products and Power Quality Solutions) in the assigned territory.
- Responsible growth (the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company culture and values.
- Establishing business plans to expand the customer base in the assigned territory, to gain market share.
- Execution, and continuous monitoring of an action plan for self as well as by team for effective search of business opportunities.
- Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Assisting in the deployment and implementation of marketing plans
- Providing timely feedback to/from team and keep senior management updated regarding performance/behaviour KPIs.
- Maintaining, monitoring, presenting, and discussing accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- Lead from front large projects/prospects and creating/conducting necessary proposals/presentations or promotional activities.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensuring that they are communicated, understood an implemented within the team
Education: Any B.E/B.Tech Electrical from relevant industry
Experience:10-12 years of experience in Sales Management
Industry Preferred: Building Automation, Electrical Manufacturing,Electrical Automation, Switch Gear
