Job Title: IoT Instructor / IoT Trainer

Role Focus: Online Training – IoT (MicroPython, NodeMCU, React Native)

Location: Remote

Duration: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an IoT Trainer with foundational knowledge in MicroPython, NodeMCU/ESP8266, and basic electronics. The instructor will support senior instructors in delivering hands-on IoT training and will assist students in basic coding and circuit building tasks. The emphasis learning-by-doing, mentoring students, and contributing to real project execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable teaching in an online environment, explaining technical concepts clearly, troubleshooting student issues remotely, and helping learners build practical IoT applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct live online IoT training sessions for students.
2. Teach MicroPython programming for NodeMCU/ESP8266.
3. Guide students in building IoT circuits using sensors, actuators, and breadboards.
4. Support students in debugging code and hardware issues during sessions.
5. Teach and assist students in developing basic IoT mobile applications using React Native.
6. Help students connect IoT devices with mobile applications using APIs, HTTP, or MQTT.
7. Create and maintain IoT learning resources, assignments, and mini-projects.
8. Demonstrate real-world IoT applications combining hardware, connectivity, and mobile apps.
9. Track student attendance, assignment completion, and progress.
10. Provide session feedback and improvement suggestions to the training team.

Required Technical Knowledge

1. Strong understanding of MicroPython programming.
2. Hands-on experience with NodeMCU / ESP8266 development boards.
3. Knowledge of basic electronics and circuits (sensors, resistors, breadboards, wiring).
4. Understanding of Wi-Fi based IoT communication.
5. Basic knowledge of React Native mobile app development.
6. Ability to debug hardware and software issues remotely.

Preferred Experience (Good to Have)

1. Experience with MQTT / HTTP communication protocols.
2. Familiarity with IoT platforms such as Blynk, Adafruit IO, ThingsBoard, etc.
3. Knowledge of Python or Arduino IDE.
4. Experience integrating IoT hardware with mobile applications.
5. Experience in online teaching, STEM workshops, or technical mentoring.
6. Hands-on experience building IoT projects.

Eligibility & Qualifications

1. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2. 1–3 years of experience in IoT development, training, or technical mentoring preferred.
3. Freshers with strong IoT + mobile app project experience may also apply.

Working Hours- Night shift (US/UK Time zone)

Working Days- 6 days (Saturday & Sunday Working)
