About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and collaborative
Circle IOT Specialist to join our IOT Champs Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a tangible impact by enabling and driving IoT/M2M growth in the circle.
As a Circle IOT Specialist, you will be the go-to person for all things IoT/M2M in the circle—supporting Account Managers (AMs), identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and hunt new M2M accounts within the circle.
- Build and maintain a strong funnel for NAP (New Account Penetration) accounts.
- Revitalize and re-engage dormant IoT/M2M accounts.
- Enable and empower AMs to confidently sell IoT offerings.
- Act as the IoT/M2M expert and support system for the circle.
- Partner with AMs to ensure compliance and support restructuring related to IoT/M2M accounts.
- Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and ensure seamless execution.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 12 months experience as an Account Manager, with basic understanding of IOT/M2M offering, internal processes and role/ responsibilities of cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
